Summary:

  • Replace the Contact Us service desk CTA with a public support email path.
  • Add copy that separates general support from missing-game requests while preserving the existing game request guide.
  • Cover guest and authenticated Contact Us access plus service desk URL removal.

Verification:

  • php artisan test --compact tests/Feature/SupportGameRequestGuidanceTest.php
  • vendor/bin/pint --dirty --format agent
