Implements issue #18: code-managed badge catalog, durable/idempotent awards, supported historical backfill, action triggers, S3 artwork URLs, and earned-badge profile tabs.

Verification:

  • php artisan test --compact tests/Feature/BadgeCatalogTest.php tests/Feature/BadgeEvaluatorTest.php
  • vendor/bin/pint --dirty --format agent
  • composer stan
  • npm run build
