Summary

  • bumps laravel/framework from 12.47.0 to 12.60.2
  • updates the lockfile entries required by the latest safe 12.x patch release
  • unblocks pestphp/pest-plugin-laravel 4.1.0, which requires laravel/framework >= 12.52.0
